Nathan Baer is currently the managing partner and chief operating officer of Staples Energy. His broad-based experience includes more than 20 years in marketing, advertising, sales and project management across multiple industries including health care, commercial real estate and now energy efficiency. For the past 9 years he has served as a program supervisor for Staples Energy in Wisconsin, Illinois and California. His responsibilities include delivering projects on-time, planning, budgeting, program reporting and overall quality assurance. A lifelong cheesehead, Nathan has volunteered on various MEEA committees and has presented at various industry conferences on effectively delivering energy efficiency to small businesses. He holds a B.A. in Communications from Wisconsin Lutheran College.
