On February 28, 2025, ComEd filed its 2026-2029 Energy Efficiency and Demand Response Plan (“Plan” or “Plan 7”) and the accompanying 2026-2029 Energy Efficiency and Demand Response Plan Stipulation Agreement (“Stipulation”), for approval by the Illinois Commerce Commission (“Commission” or “ICC”). The Plan, which will be accepting bids as part of a Request For Proposal (“RFP”), is ComEd’s seventh energy efficiency and demand response plan, and covers the four-year period commencing January 1, 2026, and extending through December 31, 2029.

In addition to providing expertise in specific technologies or market sectors, CEE is looking for vendor support in several target areas critical to advancing energy code improvements.
