Mr. Steiner has more than 25 years of experience as a strategic leader, program manager and technical expert. Scott has over 10 years of experience in providing energy solutions to utility clients and commercial customers. His ability to recruit and retain high performing staff within engineering, marketing, operational and management disciplines has created a track record of goal achievement and customer satisfaction. His experience in new product development and process optimization has resulted in consistently innovative program offerings in a rapidly evolving energy environment. Scott entered the demand side management arena in 2010 as the Program Manager for the Ameren Missouri where he effectively applied lean manufacturing techniques to the operation of the portfolio. He has since led the expansion of TRC's energy business across 12 states in the central region. In addition to energy, he has extensive experience within a wide variety of industries and manufacturing segments, including automotive, fuel cells, plastics processing, medical devices, semiconductor, photovoltaic cells, cooking equipment, rotary wing composites and diesel engine emissions.
