Kristol Whatly Simms is the Senior Director of Energy Efficiency and Regulatory Policy Implementation at Ameren Illinois where she develops and leads efforts to implement the company's energy efficiency programs. Prior to her current role at Ameren Illinois, Simms was Director of Energy Efficiency Strategy and Innovation at Ameren. She also designs and implements the company's new market development approach to serving low and moderate income customers in a meaningful way. Simms holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Lincoln University and a J.D. from University of Missouri - Columbia School of Law. She is licensed in Illinois and Missouri.
