Building Policy Manager

Nicole Westfall is the Building Policy Manager at MEEA. In this role, Nicole tracks building policy developments, develops educational materials, and provides technical support to states and localities on efficient building policies and the energy code adoption process.

Previously, Nicole worked as the Manager of the Home Improvement and Energy Conservation Lab at Neighborhood Housing Services of New Haven where she helped to develop and manage home maintenance and environmental education programs. She has a M.S. in Environmental Technology and Policy from Imperial College London and a B.S. in Integrative Biology from the University of Illinois. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys hiking, travelling, cooking and running.
